RETURN POLICY

At Sinclair Fashion Sydney, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that you may occasionally need to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

 


 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered to you.

  • All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unworn (trying on is allowed, but not extended wear)

    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted under our policy.

 


 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sinclairfashionsydney@proton.me within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier (China).

  3. Carefully package the item and return it at your own expense.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 


 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any customs duties or return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

 


 

Liability & Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details at checkout.

  • Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.
